Marina Run Club works because of how we treat each other. By joining a run you agree to keep it that way.

All paces, all backgrounds, all bodies. No one gets dropped without a plan to regroup.

Look out for the runner next to you. Wait at turns, cheer the back of the pack.

Obey traffic, run single-file where needed, pack out what you bring in.

Lights at night, eyes up, and tell a captain if something feels off.

No harassment, no gatekeeping. This is a community first and a club second.
