Q: How do I cancel my membership or access my account to manage memberships?
A:  Go to your customer portal here: https://portal-subify.hengam.io/login/ 

 

Q: When do you run?
A: Fill in this form and waiver before joining. We'll send you the details!  

 

Q: What if I can't run 3 miles?

A: That's OK! Run what you can. We have people ramping up or returning from injury. We're an inclusive runner community. 

 

Q: Who can I reach out to for support about the Run Club? 
A: You can contact our Captains using the below forum, or reach out to Sarah through info@marinarunclub.com. And, we welcome all feedback live on runs. If this is a membership question, you can cancel your membership anytime here -  https://portal-subify.hengam.io/login/
